This past weekend was a very busy one for us here at the Studio finishing orders and getting samples ready. We also got the good news that our Flow Team Rider Gonzo Morales got 1st place on his category at the last Edition of the “Let’s Skate” Contest Series organized by Converse Peru on Saturday the 14th at their Skatepark facility in Lima; With only 6 years old Gonzo is definitely the future of Skateboarding and we can’t wait to see more of him in the years to come; Congratulations to Gonzo from everybody here at the Choncordia headquarters and keep shredding buddy !!!!

The best way to learn anything is by watching the Pros doing it and by practicing a lot, no words and no explanations, nobody can really teach you how to do a trick, specially a 360 kick flip, everybody has their own way and their own style to do it. You can certainly learn a couple of things by watching Sebas doing his thing in this clip filmed by Gunther on a sunny afternoon in “The City of the Angels”, and maybe you can get some of Sebas wings by buying one of his PRO boards, now available also in 8.5 so what are you waiting for ???.

Big props to our AM rider Luie Isais, he keeps throwing hammers and here are a couple of examples from this weekend. Life Extension had a BBQ at Cherry Park for 4/20 and Luie landed a massive Front HeelFlip over the gap, other sick tricks went down too so check the whole clip till the end for Luies trick:
Luie also has a Guest appearance on Blinds Sunday Fundays with Kevin Romar, just click on the image below to watch the video, Luie kills it and he is repping the 92 Pants in Brown, yeahhh !!!!
On a second note Im finally done with 3 new one-off Boards; The Super Goat, The CFL Bird and the Chicordia are the newest Team Series; The Goat one is going to piss-off some people but thats the beauty of it, took me a while to finish it but it came out great :), The Bird one is one that I wanted to do for a long time cause I like Birds and the “Chicordia” is my take on one of the best Boards I’ve ever Skated in my life, The “Chiquita Board” that World Industries made for Jovantae Turner back in the day, I think I had more than 5 of those boards and I always loved the simplicity of it. All the Boards are available in limited quantities and they are made on order so get yours today :) and come back on Wednesday for the new tshirt line !!! Over and out :). CFL. 
We got up early on Saturday to get Gunthers new 7D and take it for a test. The Costa Mesa park is literally right around the corner so we decided to go there and after a cup of coffee with Zavalaga we were on our way. The sun was out and it was the perfect day for Skateboarding; Luie got there with Marissa and after a little warm up he was killing the park, the kid is just amazing :). Here is a little clip I put together from the session (Watch it in 720 HD) and make sure to check the page tomorrow because the NEW PRO BOARDS will be available :).
